I’m not joking when I say it’s like a loss in the family… this guy was a regular morning visitor to the house. popped in for a wander and headed off again, every morning. Today, someone hit him with a van outside our house. no more morning visitor. I’m gutted!

👏👏👏👏 An excellent example of a local authority doing a brilliant job on a core function… central government should devolve more powers and funding to them and let them get on with delivering on the infrastructure the country needs… they are absolutely best placed to do this.
