I’m reworking the cache code ‘smart cache’, so it won’t rescan and cache everything again if it’s not needed. It'll only update the state of the PKG that has changed in the list. I also fixed the installed status for patch and DLCs not updating on PS5. Everything will be faster.

Works on PS4 from fw 5.05 up to 13.01. Works on PS5 from fw 3.00 up to 10.01.
