This game is so sick. Punk gets a punish opportunity, chooses to give up damage to get Chris T to the verge of burnout. Chris T *intentionally gets hit* by the meaty to avoid burnout, which leaves him with enough drive gauge to counter DI.

I’ve seen a lot of discussion about SF6 + character nerfs. I think this is by far the greatest Vanilla release of a Street Fighter game I’ve ever seen. Every character is viable, every character is threatening in 2/3 or 3/5. The game is fun, stop the nonsense.

SF6 early impression:.- Pacing/Flow Feels like SF4.- Game allows for Flexibility = FUN.- Netcode is amazing .- Seems like you can’t just throw out special moves in neutral (parry/DI) .- All characters seems strong rn which is a good thing imo!.Loving it, Capcom deserves credit 👏🏼.

Played the newest Ed demo, & Ken’s throw loop has been nerfed. Ken is now +1 off of forward dash from throw:.Ken still has run tatsu corner carry tatsu. Luke still has throw loop, maybe an early build but that’s the only thing that’s been nerfed from Ken.

An amazing thing that’s come out of this Capcom Cup was Capcom showing the world that setups can be optimized for players to have the best experience. Every TO, big & small should be asking what splitters were used, monitors, PC settings etc. It’s been proven, it’s time to act.

They added Crossplay to MK but for 1v1 only 💀.At what point do you fire people making decisions that seriously hurt your community’s efforts in trying to keep your game alive. Tekken & Street Fighter are absolutely killing it, it’s a shame bc I always want MK to succeed 🤦♂️.
Krossplay seemingly does not apply to anything beyond 1v1 meaning there will be no chance at any kind of Krossplay events. This is woefully behind the competition, but also not surprising in the slightest, everything about this game feels half ass and this is no exception.

The overall reaction was more negative from top players early in SFV, I’ve seen a huge amount of support for SF6 already & I think it’s because this game will create noticeable skill gaps, I truly didn’t feel like I got robbed at any point if I lost. No VT comeback nonsense! #SF6.

Played bison for 5 minutes & I can tell you that scissor kick is the best special move in the game, the pushback has to be nerfed, he’s Top 5 right now, if he gets a reversal he’d be Top 1. Everyone needs to play Bison & just do scissor kick in neutral before it gets nerfed 😂🔥.

How did SF6 not have multiple dedicated streams? We missed so many great matches, resorted to watch player streams from the crowd, & bracket updates were extremely delayed. The production was abysmal for the most important fighting game not just in the world, but in Japan 🤦♂️.

Capcom even changed the logo, went back to the gritty street theme, giving us multiple Drive options which implies more player freedom/freestyle, it REALLY feels like they listened to the players, I’m thoroughly impressed with #SF6 rn! I can’t wait for more!! 🔥.
