Tough day at the office for @Athleticnewham yesterday. My first visit to my local park #ParsloesPark to watch their 0-5 defeat to @SWTFootballClub Great facilities but no beer available. âšď¸ Newham pushed to the end and deserved a goal. The red card and two pens didnât help them.

Fair play to @lbbdcouncil for planting a load of new trees in #ParsloesPark earlier this month. It looks great. Unfortunately itâs taken the local scroats just over a week to push the first two over.

A wonderful two hours spent at @BrauhausJohAlbr DĂźsseldorf. Itâs a bit of a trek from the Altstadt on U Bahn and walk but I had one of each of their 4 draft beers and each was very good. The food smelt and looked good too!! Worth the trip across the river at least once. đş

âŚpassport queue we eventually got to the very farthest gate and our Ryanair flight back to London was closed and our bag removed with little information given about next steps. We booked two BA flights to Heathrow for that afternoon. How does it work with a claim please?
