@CA_EDD this is the error message I get on your website that tells me to call you. There is no other option provided to resolve. I even tried submitting a paper claim but your system doesn’t have record of receiving it.

I need this resolved to be able to pay the mortgage and other bills this month!! It should not be impossible to talk to a representative to get assistance when your system directs me to call to resolve the issue!!
