Really interesting first talk @TraumaCareUK @NMTNGUK nurses day from @TraumaEMC about the importance of palliative care in trauma, particularly why we don't address this in major trauma education - definitely something for us all to think about when planning our trauma courses!

This made me chuckle! Today I sat with my Nan (93) hearing stories about many generations of nurses in my family and she showed me my Great Grandma's certificates. At the bottom of this document from the 1920's is a supplementary register for male nurses!

The PTN course is a great multimodal approach to MT nurse education and I know @timnutbeam is happy to share with networks across the UK and via @Theptntrauma . Also any networks looking to peer review their Level 2 ED courses, please get in touch and we at @NMTNGUK can support!
