Ok. Trying to get my head round this. If you give up drinking 6 pints a WEEK you can't have withdrawal symptoms. I've stopped drinking 6 pints a NIGHT for 2 weeks now. Calorie wise thats 70 chocolate bars i haven't eaten. The weight should be dropping off.
