Positionless basketball probably applies to other positions, not point guard. Most coaches still don’t trust multiple players handling the basketball consistently.

Coaches, don’t have a WAAC’d out approach (win at all costs). Value genuine development and growth. Be with these kids for the long haul and cultivate true relationships. Make a difference.

Youth sport is a $9.5B (yes B) per year industry. Like any industry, it’s happy to chew you up and spit you out to keep the wheels turning. Y’all coaches, parents, circuits really care about these kids? Relationships should be the first goal, not scholarships.
