Body language is as important as verbal communication when it comes to the impact a player has on the team's energy. It starts before the game, for bench players, how you sit impacts those on the floor and off.
You can either give energy or take it. There's no 3rd option.

Alaska kids have the toughest hand dealt in recruiting. No D1’s in state. Limited D2 opportunities. No adjacent state for playing w/ teams w/ bigger followings. Few coaches making winter trips up to watch kids. This is why we do camp there, build awareness b4 the viewing period.

The top ranked players in middle/high school aren’t always the top producers in college. Some unranked players have goals beyond the ranking where others just want to get to college. The longer you keep your switch on the more you are going to produce.
