PROGRESS 5/6: Another switch I did was to replace the more general (popular) account of "how emotion works" in Lazarus and Lazarus, "Passion and Reason" (1994) and instead used the more standard "academic" account in Lazarus, "Emotion and Adaptation" (1991). 😎😎 #amwriting

PROGRESS 4/6: I replaced three references. First I skipped Nigel Warburton's discussion in his "Philosophy: The Basics" and instead used David Wong's dedicated article on "Moral Relativism" in the excellent Becker & Becker, "Encyclopedia of Ethics" (2nd ed.). #amwriting
