I’m sitting in gratitude, what are you doing?.

I just almost started crying talking to my nephew about hard work and dedication. I felt like a coach or something.

There’s one situation that still hangs over my head and haunts me. The people closest to you can really hurt you to your core.

I went from spending my days napping in the bed back to running from 5 AM to 12 AM the next morning. I’m grateful for both experiences appreciative of the downtime, but thankful to be back at work.
