From 1903 to 1968, there were a maximum of 7 (3 times, there were 9) games. The sheer volume of post-season games now played completely negates the relevance of compiling all-time post-season records. Period... 2/3

I hate to be the cranky baseball purist, but the constant references by TV announcers to players as "all-time post-season" statistical leaders are meaningless. This year, there will be a maximum of 41 post-season games, plus 2 Wildcard games...1/3
