So @Citibank I quit X but the only way you'll notice. You call about bogus charge. I call you. CSR1 says OK, card OK. Not true. CSR 2 says all is unfrozen. Not true. CSR3 says we'll overnite new card. Not coming til Tues. Access to $ & accts frozen, Citi 500 miles away. Comment?

Mostly stopped using X but still good for calling out idiots. Never was an outfit as inept as @Kohls That sound is the scissors cutting up my card. 2 years and no email, no bills, nada. Also you @CapitalOne . Done & done. Just told it'll be 3 days to get an email. What by horse?

Dear @CNN please ask Ramsey et al if the troops & officers are fighting crime east of the Anacostia. Seems like only neighborhoods trump might see if he leaves the castle. Ward 7 & 8 citizens are ignored … pretty sure the black & brown communities don’t make his radar. #racism

So @lowes I cannot explain how angry I am at No. Myrtle Beach @lowes. The complete lack of caring about my issue after 3 appliance purchases that have all had problems. No one there knows anything about what they sell anymore. #nocustomerservice They 're only there to sell stuff.

Folks who are moving: NEVER consider @safewaymovinginc who sell you a bill of goods, drop you like a hot potato, throw on charges, no reply about breakage, push you to zelle before touching anything, change schedule & hold you up for tips (also zelle to a weird address). #shady

Can @FrontierCorp get any worse? Absolutely impossible to get a human on the phone yet bills keep coming. I have multiple issues from billing, to website to everything else and they DO NOT CARE. Chat hopeless. Maybe go back to @GetSpectrum. Feel like I've aged year waiting.

So @xfinity what part of holding for 63 minutes for a human is "customer service?" And AI gatekeeper is vicious. Finally spoke to someone but never got confirm on the convo & call back # same as 63 min. one. Circular firing squad. Need info on porting phone. #exhausted
