Good morning everyone! It’s a beautiful day for the FRC 2024 Season Kickoff. Here at the LSC with the Robonauts, we’re getting ready and excited to see what the new game will be this season. We wish all FRC teams both near and far good luck in the 2024 Season!

With our Open House, we also welcomed future robotics students who are interested in being a part of VEX, BEST, and FRC. Having these events is just as important to us as going off to competitions, since outreach is an important building block in our team and FRC all together.

Our team finished in the second seed and made it to the finals at the FiT District Pasadena Event #2. Chips also won the Engineering Inspiration Award and we are continuing our competition season at the FiT State Championship this week! #FitPasadena #FRC #Chips324

We built a prototype of a catapult on Monday!

We have been putting together our prototypes and plan to create an awesome robot thanks to the help of our mentors and the effort of students continuously working hard despite the short period of building time! #FIRSTFORWARD

We simulated how our robot/ alliances would be playing the game with different scenarios, with the help of 3 of our team members!

At KickOff day, we went to our local KickOff at the LSC, then came back to our meeting location (CBHS) and started strategizing and dividing subsystems!

We also had a lot of fun at the Chips Bowl event on November 6, 2021. It was a special day as we got to celebrate our Mentor’s birthday, Ross Pettinger!

Before we kicked off our 2022 FRC season, we had a blast with these pre-season events, such as the Girl Powered Night at Clear Brook High School on October 28, 2021! Check out our pictures below!
