This new week is the 4th and last week of the portfolio-building challenge @AnalyticaHaven😊🤗🥳 and my portfolio will be 100% ready. Here’s a report on my week 3 tasks. My skills, the Tools I used as a System Virtual Assistant, and some clients' reviews. Let’s work together!

Time to input my soft and technical skills portfolio template. Take a look at the before and after process. I am loving it here. The way I am navigating through this software, it’s so great.

As for me not everything was perfect, like the book I started reading on but haven’t finished yet Take your time to reflect and you will be amazed at how far you have come. YOU don’t have to prove your worth by burning out, YOU just need the right systems to stay focused.

N/B: Growth doesn’t always look like shiny milestones. Sometimes it’s in the quiet progress, the systems you build, and the connections you nurture. If you’ve ever felt like your month wasn’t “enough,” trust me, you’re in your building moment.

8. 🙏 In between, I had 2 interviews in one week, connected with two international female coaches. I built my portfolio single-handedly with Gamma AI and it will be ready by the end of September.

7. 😊 I even had a moment of “big sister pride” teaching my younger siblings how to use a fintech app for passive income (they’re already exploring it!).

I stepped into another leadership role at a digital tech hub, where I not only built my own portfolio but guided my team as they built theirs. Stay around for my portfolio updates shortly.

6. I said yes to volunteering and supporting ScholarUP Ascension Global Virtual Conference as Coordination & Agenda Manager, (team Co-lead), leading, learning, and stretching.

5. 💵💸💰 Around the same time, I joined an online savings platform. When I got my own share of savings. It hit me; savings is possible, it just takes discipline.

4. 💹 📚 I also invested in myself, taking a course on e-book writing and proofreading to sharpen my skills as I prepare to launch my own digital products.

3. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧 I connected with 3 global founders on a personal level. This connection reminded me how far relationships can take you. And, there are still good people who value building authentic relationships.

2. 🔊🔊 I opened a space for a volunteer graphic designer and onboarded one to support my brand visuals. And, I learned here, that you don't have to be $$$$$ professionals before delegating or seeking support.

Well, It wasn’t about one big win, it was about the little steps that added up to my growth. 1.🏢 I created a workflow tracker for beginners using Trello and Notion (if you’ve ever felt stuck managing tasks, this templates is for you. DM me “WORKFLOW” and get yours now).
