🫵 For delegators: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫. Your chosen validator’s stake now affects how often they produce blocks, and how much rewards you earn. Pick validators who are reliable, active, and transparent.

👷‍♂️ For validators: ✅ Upgrade your node before the Snake8 activation. ✅ Non-upgraded nodes will stop producing blocks (and rewards)

📚 How it works: 1️⃣ Each validator’s selection chance = stake / total stake 2️⃣ Apply a minimum frequency (1 / 2N) so smaller nodes don’t get ignored 3️⃣ Rebalance all shares until total = 100% It’s math that keeps fairness alive. 🧠

🐍 Why Snake8? 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. Big validators earn more chances to produce blocks. Small validators stay protected through a minimum participation rule that guarantees they’ll still get their share of the action.

🎯 What’s changing? Before: Every validator produced roughly the same number of blocks. After: Block production will depend on how much $CHZ is staked on a validator. Giving delegators more influence and validators more reason to compete.
