Comparing memecoins & infofi are 2 completely different things. Both have good & bad aspects of it in its current state . Unless you control for 1) manual filtering of the creators and 2) help the creators effectively optimize their content . It’s going to be pretty ineffective.

"Retail" literally hasn't touched a single memecoin that torched Crypto Twitter other than *maybe* $TRUMP. Retail is actually out-trading 90% of CT because they buy & hold XRP for several years and are delusionally bullish. Memecoins are gambling - which has proven to be one of.
@Chilearmy123 Memecoins are responsible for the destruction of retail interest in crypto. Turns out taking $50m from retail via rigged insider games was a bad idea. Now we’re stuck with FNFs and shadow cabals that make up 99% of onchain trading and fake narratives . I’m in disbelief that.

InfoFi is responsible for the destruction of Crypto Twitter. Turns out giving $50M in rewards to "content creators" was a bad idea. Now we're stuck with bot farms that make up of ~75% my replies and DMs. I'm in disbelief that companies are still paying $1M+/mo for InfoFi services.
The worst part about all the info-fi garbage is the posts that tag you and 100+ other people . And they just share the leaderboard and the rankings. Like what in the actual hell is that even doing for anyone?.

I feel an overwhelming urge to sell all of my coins and come back in 6 months . That usually means it’s a good time to bid. I bought some BTC and some of my favorite decimated memecoins. We’ll see how this ages

I've been closely watching prediction markets again for the last week or so. My thoughts so far:.- This is a VERY different skill than buying memecoins (betting on virality vs probability of event happening). - I'm not interested in 95%+ of markets. But the 5% niche is VERY.
