I've never heard of extension providers doing this before. Kudos to @akeebabackup for the extra touch in customer service.
Is this because I’ve been a customer since 2011 and only used the ticket system maybe 3 times???!!!?? :D @akeebabackup @joovlaki By the way… I loved getting these!! Many, many thanks… made my day.

Yup, just tested, it works…
@AppleSupport @Apple You can access it via System Preferences>Users & Groups>Click the lock to make changes. Then use "root" with no password. And try it for several times. Result is unbelievable!
