I like how @mikeachimugu01 is championing the enforcement of Consumer Protection @NigeriaCAA. Airlines and other service providers are now sitting up and taking responsibilities. Turnaround times for the resolution of cases have greatly reduced.

However, after formally lodging a complaint with SAHCO, my bag was found and returned within 3 days. I must commend @SahcoNigeria for being particularly helpful, even though this wasn't their fault. They called me every day until my bag was returned and picked up.

Recently, I travelled out of Nigeria with one of the airlines. On return to Lagos, my bag didn't make it to the baggage reclaim area. The airline had lost it. My plans were shattered, and I was devastated.
