This has truly become madness.
An incorrect number of Provisional ballots was initially logged for Election Day. 2882 was reported instead of 1882. Staff performed an updated hand count: 1,991 total Provisional ballots were cast and will be reviewed for acceptance, rejection, or partial count by April 2.
