Justin Herbert threw 99 screen passes last season out of 428 attempts. That means 23.2% of all of his attempts were basically layups. No starting NFL Quarterback has ever attempted screen passes at that rate. Even Kyler Murray, who is the closest one, only had an 18.3% rate.
