This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Points deducted, long refund delays, and no proper help. Super disappointed with @popclubindia — worst experience ever.

In the app, they claim issues are solved “within minutes,” but when I raised a complaint, they just said, “we’ve registered your issue, please wait.” Then they said it’ll take time to validate. So why say it’s fixed in minutes? 😤

Because of this, I missed using my voucher. I’m a Pop Credit Card user, and honestly, the customer service is terrible.

I wanted to buy a gift using my PopCoins through PopClub, but the app messed it up completely. Tried to purchase a Blinkit voucher, and they deducted my points multiple times without giving me anything.
