Op Thirst 🍺 | Last night, officers from @PoliceEport took part in Operation Thirst, a Special Constabulary led operation conducting licensing visits at premises across Ellesmere Port and Neston. Several premises received feedback to ensure compliance with licence conditions ✅

Another strong weekend for team Chester; 12 Officers on duty over Friday & Saturday. Friday we supported numerous 999 calls and made 1 arrest, Saturday our focus was on Op Recording our Op ensuring Taxis in Chester are safe and compliant.

SEIZED ❌ | Yesterday, @SInspMann and SC Vine were patrolling @PoliceEport when they were alerted to an @OpTutelage ANPR activation. This camper hadn’t been insured since September 2024 so we added a sticker to their collection and reported the driver for no insurance 🚔

On Saturday evening, the team across The North ran a proactive operation, led by Special Inspectors Newton, Booth and Dyson. They focused on: Fatal 5 Arresting known & wanted nominals Licensing checks (incl. Taxi) Proactively policing ASB Hotspots. Thank you Team North! 💙

Last night, our Chief Officer and Chief Inspector Lindsay attended a 999 call reporting a road traffic collision in the @PoliceWarr area. Two cars were involved, causing one to flip on its roof. Both drivers blew ‘0’ on a breath test and thankfully had no injuries. 🚔

This evening at our Warrington Team meeting, SCI Lindsay presented 3 of the team with certificates: ➡️ SC Mason, for reaching independent patrol status. ➡️ S/Sgt Bailey & S/Sgt Jenkins for being confirmed in rank as S/Sgts Great achievement & commitment! Congratulations all!

SI Neale & SC Holden joined Nantwich for their annual Football Day. Recognising the importance of building relationships especially the younger generation and a day of being beaten by a group of teenagers in several games of football was definitely a success. 👮🏼‍♀️ 👮🏽 ⚽

Another productive weekend for the team in Chester; 🚓 7 Officers on duty over the weekend 🚔 Over 90 hours of Operational duties 🚓 24 incidents attended 🚔 3 arrests 🚓 2 assist arrests 🚔 3 Officers attended first aid refresher training

On Saturday night in Warrington, SC Shuttleworth dealt with 2 incidents of drunk males in the town centre. Across the two incidents, he arrested for S.18 assault, possession of class A,possession of class B, and Assault of an Emergency Worker. Keeping the town centre safe!

Five Team Halton officers joined the local PCSO near Delamere Forest for a #FatalFive op, targeting the main causes of serious collisions. 🔹 4 drivers reported (speed, no seatbelt, no insurance) 🔹 1 vehicle seized 🔹 Numerous drivers advised Residents thanked the team 👏

This week, our volunteer Sergeants, Inspectors & Chief Inspectors convened for a mid-year performance and strategy workshop hosted by our Chief Officer. Chief Supt. Crowcroft and Dan Price, PCC, also attended to thank them for their outstanding leadership and commitment. 👏🏼

On Friday night, S/Sgt McKinlay, SC Danso and TS/Sgt Bailey attended the Westbrook Big Party to engage with the community and demonstrate some of the equipment that we carry It was also great to be visited by the 9th and 15th Leigh Scout Group #communitypolicing #engagement

Yesterday and today, 9 of our team from across Cheshire took their annual re-assessment of PPST (Public and Personal Safety Training). All 9 passed. It’s been a hard-working but rewarding couple of days for all of them, with lots of compliments from the training team. 💪

Last night SCs Billington & Oscroft aided Regular colleagues in Warrington. They attended a burglary call, locating and detaining 2 suspects who were arrested for going equipped to steal & posession of a Class A drug. Both Charged & remanded to appear before court in the morning.

Last night our dynamic duo from Warrington, TS/Sgts Bailey & Jenkins were busy with 9 grade 1 incidents in succession🚨 From reports of males fighting, abandoned 999 calls, search for a wanted male, aggravated burglary, male on a bridge, reports of assault & concerns for safety.
