@ChefMiew @TheoFletcher01 @InfernoXhell @NYPDSpecialops One cop keeps on distracting the suspect while the other went behind him quietly, at his blind spot & went for the neck grab from behind and thn he blocked movements of the elbow joint and threw him to his left by shifting his own weight and disbalancing the suspect. Shock & awe!
