CSE metrics from Colorado just dropped! 📊. Tweaked something in the fall and have been grinding to get back to my norm. Pop stayed elite at 1.75, throw velo 62 mph, & exit velo strong at 76 mph. Throw feels right again. Time to ramp up velo work & blow past my 1.59 pop PR 💪🏽

"Catcher receiving doesn't matter". Blue missed a call, and the pitcher missed a spot. But an example of why receiving matters. Umps have .37-.42 secs to make a call. It's hard & these are the BEST umps. More strikes = more outs .More outs = more wins.Receiving is key!
