SUMMER ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT - CORBIN COLVILLE - U12 This is Corbin’s first summer at Cheema and he's made excellent progress - from starting in a lighting to now paddling in a Nelo! When in crews, he always works well with his peers, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude!

SUMMER ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT - JULIA TINGLEY - U10 Julia is excited for all of the activities her coaches have planned, and is always up for anything! Whether she's canoeing or kayaking she always has a smile on her face and is willing to work hard. Keep up the excellent work, Julia!

SUMMER ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT - KENNEDY HAINES - KIDDIE KAYAK Kennedy’s coaches are so proud of how brave she's been all summer. Having never paddled before, she overcame her fear and will try any boat! She’s very helpful and so kind to everyone - a great friend and a paddler!

SUMMER ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT - XAVIER TYLER - PADDLEALL With his upbeat attitude, Xavier loves to find ways to make practice extra fun. He recently started using a Nelo kayak for practice and his coaches are proud of his amazing balance! Xavier is an all-star, on and off the water.

SUMMER ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT - FRANCESCA ANDREWS - U12 Francesca is new to canoeing and is doing amazing, when she tips she keeps smiling keeps trying! She is kind, persistent, a great listener, and just an all-around positive person. Keep spreading your positivity, Francesca!

SUMMER ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT - ROWEN MACLELLAN - U10 Rowen is quick to help others carry their boats. He is always excited for any activity his coaches have planned. Rowen includes his peers in all activities, and loves swimming with the Lifeguard. Keep up the excellent work, Rowen!
