That will be interesting, especially for older residents. I struggle enough with the garden bin, how I’m gonna manage with all of these I don’t know. And how will Veolia cope? It’s bad enough when they leave the garden bins all over the pavements.

And now it’s been sent to the National Returns Centre. Apparently there’s nothing more they can do and I’m not entitled to compensation. But they are sorry! So a company can make mistakes and wash their hands of it. Customer is always wrong. I will never trust Royal Mail again.
@RoyalMailHelp just to warn folks - even if your complaint is escalated it doesn’t mean your issue will be resolved. I’m still waiting for a 48 hour tracked item, incorrectly scanned, since May 30th! In all my days I don’t think I’ve ever come across such bad customer service.

Since May 30 I’ve been contacting RM about my parcel that has been sent to a customer service point in the next town. My address is apparently “ inaccessible“. Rubbish. They left no card so it can’t be collected. All I’ve had is empty words and false assurances. @RoyalMailHelp
