We’re giving the Daghole Toilets a much-needed makeover! Work starts tomorrow, 25th November 2025 and runs through to the end of February 2026, bringing you cleaner, smarter, and more accessible facilities for everyone. Portable toilets will be available during the works

Cheddar Parish Council are pleased to announce that following Somerset Council’s decision to close all public toilets, a legal transfer of Daghole toilets has now been completed. A full refurbishment and modernisation project will now be undertaken.

Cheddar Community Pavilion will be the venue for this year's Annual Parish Meeting on Wednesday 24th April from 7pm. Last years Community Grant recipients will be in attendance providing an update on their projects.

Our car park at Sharpham Road will be closed tomorrow, 8th-10th April whilst work is completed to address flooding. Pedestrian access to the playing fields will be via the skatepark entrance. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thanks to @hd_materialsUK for their donation of stone.
