After spending 6 months in a coma and suffering brain damage, talented footballer Charlie Fogarty set up Solihull Moors FC disability football team & has since played in the Cerebral Palsy World Cup. Today he was awarded an #MBE for his services to young people in Solihull.

Crazy! 12 years ago today I was training with Northern Ireland (before my injury) and today my superstar of a little brother has flew off to Paris to go and play in the Euro’s with Northern Ireland u19's!! . Brilliant! Good luck mate, deserve every success so you do ☘️

I did a speech to WBA on Monday, and what I can say is that the players are all heroes after last nights effort and I did my job well again because after 90 minutes West Brom won 1-0 😊 . #AnythingisPossible

It’s been 7 weeks since I had surgery to repair my collapsed lung. I’ve just completed my first run (1.2 mile/1.9km) in 23 minutes and I feel great . #AnythingisPossible

So yesterday my strength and conditioning coach decided to test my fitness. So he took me to Elmdon Park and we did a 1000m run around the lake (at his pace) followed by 5 hill sprints and because I wanted to record one he told me “that’s fine, we’ll record your 6th one”
