How can you be so dismissive of people’s time @rentomojo when I’ve been a customer for years. Train your drivers better. Don’t over schedule. Easy to shut shop at 6pm when your customers issues are not solved

Third time I’m having issues with @rentomojo pick up for my furniture was scheduled today from 2-4pm, then 4-8. At 5pm the guys said 30 mins. Gave my live location. Still got lost & blamed me. Reached at 8:15. Society won’t allow truck inside so they refuse to pick up

Moreover, I paid extra for the Sunday delivery, bringing the whole cost to almost ₹8000. The agent who spoke to me clearly said a refund is not possible because the delivery of this miraculous cake has happened twice, and yet my sister has not received it @fernsnpetals

When the team called to check, they blamed me/my sister for lying about the delivery. “It’s 2am there, how could you have spoken to her now?” Firstly, I said I spoke to her this morning, and secondly if I want to speak to my sister at 2am, do not question it.

I ordered a cake to be delivered to my sister on Sunday for her birthday from @fernsnpetals The first delivery could apparently not be completed and the redelivery also was apparently refused by the recipient (who is my sister and has been waiting for this cake to come)

Got scammed by @Housing they charged me for a premium plan where they were supposed to show me 75 brokerage-free properties in 2 months. It’s been almost a month and they’ve shown me not even one property. Refuse to give a refund too. Clearly running a scam. Beware

Terrible product and service at @OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support My partner bought a TV in Nov, it hasn't worked since. He's been following up for nearly three months to get a repair/replacement & all we keep getting is "wait 7-10 days". We're sitting with a TV that doesnt work

Appalled by the @airasia Langkawi check in counter service. Uncooperative & very rude. Both the manager and the ground staff rolled their eyes at us. When we asked for the manager's details, we were asked to go ask her ourselves. Names: Azie Asri, (Manager) & Erdina @AVA_airasia

After verifying my bank account details at least 5 times, I still get a mail saying my deposit has been refunded but nothing has come in. When i asked, they're like verify again and let us know on chat?!

Been a @rentomojo customer for over 4 years, but their customer service in the last month has been horrendous. One person from the team has asked me to pay 8k for a two door wardrobe that is apparently not theirs, and today another person from their team says it's 12k.
