I'm going to be combining warmth and style once again and donning the Shacket as I head to West London for the MAT Show https://t.co/fWm6OTSYuj Do you fancy it? It would be lovely to see you.

Best part of travelling to #Bett2024 is sitting at the front of the DLR and pretending to drive…..

For those who’ve not seen one, this is a Shacket. Combining the best elements of shirt and jacket, it will play a major role in Sync’s bid for “best dressed team” award at #Bett2024. Come find me in stand NH51 and we can talk about iPads or fashion.

New iPads! And very pretty they are too, but are they right for your school? Be happy to have a chat with you to find out.

iPad has an all-screen Liquid Retina display, the A16 chip and four colour options. And it supports the Magic Keyboard Folio.

Science teachers: please can you suggest any apps which might make learning scientific terminology fun to learn for KS3? Right now, my 11 year old son, who used to love science is being put off by dull, dry homework: learn muscles and bones on a sheet. No help with how.

Blimey, the summer went quickly didn't it? Delighted to say I'm starting the new year with a new job at Sync who are doing some amazing things in education at the moment. I'll let you have a couple of days to settle into the new term but then we should really talk about iPads 😀

Got to say the idea to use my temporary freedom to spend the day watching the cricket hasn’t gone to plan……..

Just to let you know, I’m no longer at Jigsaw. I start a new job on 1st Sept which will be very similar to my old one except for someone else. Before then two glorious weeks of unemployment. Hope you’re all enjoying the summer and you teachers are managing to get some rest 😊

Along with most of you I'm going to be at Bett for the next 3 days, so why not fight the cost of living crisis by letting Jigsaw buy you a coffee? We can talk about Apple and EdTech and moan about the cost of petrol. Give me a shout.

One of the great things about my job is working with @richtheteach and seeing the amazing projects he gets involved with. Never mind me trying to flog you iPads, if you are interested in how tech can transform teaching and learning then you should follow him.

We can't be on the 7th tip already can we? I haven't started my Christmas shopping yet, where has December gone?

Hopefully you will find Richard's 5th tip of Christmas far more useful than some gold rings (I got them from Ratners anyway, they were rubbish).

These Christmas tips are even more exciting than my cheese advent calendar. And that's saying something.
