What makes anyone believe that the dysfunctional culture which caused the NASA/Boeing Starship Mishap, is any different that the NASA/Lockheed culture that is progressing with a flawed Heatshield for Artemis II. Why wait for another mishap or LOC? Fix it!

Some of the same people that misrepresented the capability of the CRATER tool to predict ET foam damage during Columbia are touting the ability of their CIT Tool to predict heatshield damage, can bound the problem, and are conservative. A gross misrepresentation of fact.

You should be listening to @DanRasky Dr. Daniel Rasky. He recently retired from NASA Ames and did the hit piece on Artemis with me which the NASA Press is pressuring ABC not to air! What happened to transparency?

Actually I stand corrected. Feynman was not fooled he talks about the inadequate lumped parameter tools and quasi-static analysis as being inappropriate to ensure safety. The same playbook the Artemis program is using today. Wake up @rookisaacman

The same NASA machine that steamrolled Richard Feynman into believing that the O-Rings were the cause of the Challenger accident just sold @rookisaacman that they know the root cause of the Artemis I Heatshield failure! You know what they say…Fool me three times?

I have friends at the Cassandra Project NASA. It’s no longer Charlie Camarda with no info against the mighty NASA machine. Although I think I held my own last week.

Wake up NASA time is running out. Your media campaign is not going the truth from coming out. Your old tricks won’t work on someone that has been burned many times and has 46 years experience on the inside.

Maybe Lockheed should try this for their Heatshield for Artemis?

This should not be a surprise when the failed safety culture leads at NASA’s human space programs retire and are hired in leadership positions at SpaceX! Check out who leads safety and reliability there.

Congratulations Jared Isaacman. Let’s hope you have the freedom to do what is necessary. NASA, and more importantly, our country is at stake.
