A5: Mindfulness allows us to pay attention to what we need on a physical, mental and spiritual level. By being present in the moment we are present with your full selves. By knowing ourselves we can understand what we need. #corechat

A4: example of a walk is a good. You can use a walk to elevate your heart rate and get you from point A to B. if you are mindful about it you can accomplish this and tune in with your body and let go of stress. Allowing you to truly recreate yourself in the process. #corechat

A3: Yes, I have brought mindfulness into every activity that I do. From the mundane to the complex. No matter what I am doing when I remember to take a deep breath it brings me back to the now. #corechat

a2: Mindful movement is an inward gesture of heart and mind that grounds you in the present moment. With this intension of focusing on the now of your moment and letting go of past, future and judgement. It is very freeing.#corechat

A1: Mountain biking. I love being in nature and the focus required to stay on the trail brings me right into the moment. Also the physical exertion connects me strongly w my body. I throw in a healthy dose of gratitude for being able to engage in this activity. #corechat

A5: Mindfulness is foremost about knowing yourself. If you can take a moment and be aware and in the present moment, you can honestly and accurately determine what your self care needs are and then move to realize them. #CoreChat

A4: Meditation is the nursery of mindfulness. I strongly believe that that practice of sitting mediation is a very important place to practice mindfulness skills. Here is where we learn to walk. Mindfulness is taking these lessons and running with them. #CoreChat

A3: In fact everything can be done mindfully. One of the easiest that I love to share is washing the dishes. Start by feeling your breath and paying attention to the experience of the smell and temperature of the soap and water. Check in with yourself, how do you feel. #CoreChat
