It was so brilliant to get to present at the #bonecancerconference. Thank you @BCRT. Was an emotional day, but it was such an honour to hear people’s stories, and to meet so many lovely people. What a beautiful community. Was so glad to see people were interested in my research.
Our next talk is from @CharaDimitriadi, a PhD student @UofGlasgow, who is talking to us about differentiation in osteosarcoma and how using small molecules to push cancer cells to maturity can affect cancer cell behaviour. #BoneCancerConference

Was happy to present my work and try to raise awareness on #osteosarcoma, at the @CDTLifETIME student day. @BCRT. Collaboration is key to developing diagnostic tools and better treatments. Happy to see the progress everyone has made in their PhD. Also, spotted some new faces.

#gorgewalking was such a rewarding and scary experience. Back problems can be limiting, so it was lovely we helped each other through the challenge, with expert guidance by Rod. A lot of crawling, sliding, climbing, floating involved. Didn’t say it was gracious😇@CDTLifETIME
Had the best time at the lake district @CDTLifETIME retreat. Learned more about regulations and had #VR training on GMP and ATMP. Went canoeing, swam in the lake, roasted marshmallows. It was such a wholesome time.
