I always say that if you must speak it, speak it well. When did excellence become a problem? If you want to teach and speak only your mother tongue, speak it well too and then talk only to your village people. There is no pride in neglecting the world's number 1 languag.

Most young Kumba parents leaves the group chat. Separated two U10s from fighting the other day and tried to educate them in English. One said “This one too na who noh” them two start laugh me 😂 You enter store meet a child you speak in English, done man go back it for pidgin.
