Erin Powell's high impact practice "Visual Aids for Visual Arts" utilizes various visual aids throughout the classroom where students can see vocabulary and pictures that relate to art, enhancing learning in the elementary art room!.

Gina Manville DeJager's high impact practice "Preparing Students for L.I.F.E." is a vocational training program that provides internship opportunities for ESE students in a community-based setting based on students' interests and strengths!.

Amarillys Berrios' high impact practice "Making Differences Through Small Group" provides opportunities to accommodate and target the various needs of students in the classroom, helping all students achieve success on a daily basis!.

Christine DeCastro utilizes the high impact practice "Learning Through Transformational Thematic Exploration" to develop a deep love of learning for her diverse group of Pre-K students!.
