FSPS is providing physicals for all athletes grades 7-12 this Thursday, July 30th at Chaffin Jr. High. The time slot for grades 7-9 is from 7:00-8:00. You will need your parents/guardians to fill out and sign the physical form. This is open to all male and female athletes.
