Read about trigeminal neuralgia and cancer risk in our latest paper. @MaleneLykke3 , Holly Elser, Dóra Körmendiné Farkas, @ToftSorensen, @DCEAarhus
This research shows that individuals with trigeminal neuralgia (TN) have an increased risk of cancers, especially of the head, neck, and nervous system. Smoking-related cancers are also linked to TN, indicating potential shared risk factors. Read the full paper for more insights:

Excited to share our study on #migraine & gestational #diabetes and cardiovascular risk. Thank you to co-authors @lapdce73 , @Morten__Schmidt , Jan Vandenbroucke, @HBtker, @ToftSorensen , @DCEAarhus
Open Access: A recent study finds #migraine & gestational #diabetes both independently increase long-term premature vascular risks, but the impact of the combination remains unclear https://t.co/U9ULbH6N5n

Excited to have this study published in @PLOSMedicine on migraine and risk of premature myocardial infarction and stroke among men and women. Grateful for a strong team of supervisors/collaborators @lapdce73, @Morten__Schmidt, Jan Vandenbroucke, @HBtker, @ToftSorensen, @DCEAarhus
In a population-based cohort study, Cecilia Hvitfeldt Fuglsang and colleagues examine the impact of migraine on the risk of premature (age ≤60 years) myocardial infarction and ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke among more than 220,000 men and women in Denmark. https://t.co/lRYKRRdLcz
