Ultimately, this is a contract that everyone can be proud of & will help @codeforamerica continue our essential work to improve the delivery of government services, especially for the people who need them most. It also sets a new labor standard for civic tech & tech in general.

We also want to acknowledge all the effort that Management & their Bargaining team put into this process. We look forward to working with them on the implementation of this contract. /3.
