This is what sold it for me. It felt like a renewal of their vows; “I know” being “I do”. “We were better off dead” being so hauntingly romantic. It was a reclamation of love through loss 🙂↔️
Idc about Jott (or Scemma for that matter), but what sold them coming back together for me was their time displaced selves. They had a whole set of new adventures/experiences together they got to add to the memories of their older selves and I think that counts for something.
