On Dec. 22, 2025, a fire was reported at a home on Lynn Drive. Kai Dunn discovered a bathroom fire, got help from Collin Dunn and Alex Bogle, and called 911. Their quick actions likely prevented a catastrophic fire just days before Christmas.
