Today you will hear many voices as you walk through the world and scroll through this oblivion of mess.But there is one Lord,Jesus Christ,who has spoken what is True,and speaks still to His servants. To hear God's voice, to heed His askings, to remain faithful,we must be still.

Obedience to God is not tasted in that which comes with ease for us, but in that which stretches us, tempts our trust and has us lean on the pillar of God's love for all enduring. Only with a heart disposed to loving Him above all will we know the humble reward of sanctity's joy.

The Crucifix adored gives meaning&hope to our time here.For a short while,we labour & love for our Eternity.The Cross is the grounding place of mission and our consolation in the humility of its actualization. Love,joy,hope,.&perseverance is learned in the classroom of the Cross.

"Blessed are they who have kept the word with a generous heart.and yield a harvest through perseverance.".

The world is buzzing with much to tempt worry , but Christ is here as He was before Martha:. "You are worried and upset about many things, but one thing is necessary". Pursue the one thing. Sit at the Lord's feet. Let this be enough.

Sometimes "the Martha" needed of us, is the sacrifice and servitude of charity so to help another sit at the Lord's feet and have that time.

With no attempt at a sincere prayer life, faithful are ever as Marthas running about with no restful direction, fussing to serve Jesus, missing Him in their midst. To choose "the better part" , we must form ourself in sitting with the Lord in His presence of prayer.
