I just bottled a small batch of pomegranate/apple cider. The pomegranates came from our tree and were super tart. Tartness is the only remaining characteristic when you bottle carb. These beauties will be ready in 3-4 months.

Surfers!!! Surfer ear is real and can become a big problem. Wear ear plugs when it’s cold and windy. I never used plugs and surfed in cold windy conditions more than not. Now in middle age, I’m dealing with growths in both my ears. I’m being told operations will be required.
