I'm having a think about paediatric diagnoses which have a significant element of untruth in the light of latest @gmcuk guidance. Colic springs instantly to mind. Anyone want to make other suggestions?

Works nicely in an ED. Opens up opportunities. Much more flexibility and accessability for more staff. But I think this should work alongside F2F.
