There will be no Catford #parkrun on Saturday 26 July as there is another event in Mountsfield Park. The good news is that there are lots of nearby options for ‘tourism’ - Hilly Fields (1.1m), Sutcliffe (1.6m), Beckenham Place (2.1m), Peckham Rye (2.3m), Charlton (3.1m).

We are celebrating walkers at parkrun this weekend. Please encourage friends, family and neighbours to come along and walk with us. We’d love to have a volunteer roster full of parkwalkers and you can get a credit (there won’t be a parkwalk volunteer vest for everyone though!) 😂

We had some issues with scanning this morning and have a lot of unknown runners. Please email us if you know your time and position.

One of our regular volunteers Charlotte McFadden reached her 100 volunteering milestone this morning she was particularly popular as she baked some chocolate brownies. Amy Belcher reached her 50th participation milestone - well done!

There were a number of milestones - Catford regulars Guy Troup (200) and Enomwoyi Damali (50 volunteering credits) both brought cakes and so were very popular. Andrew Williams (100), Jennifer Cass (50), Louise Ellford & Jessica Morgan both reached 25.
