Had a young guy in for a trial (paid before anyone starts) this week. Just had a sit down to see how he found it & offer him an apprenticeship & he has turned it down. "Its too hard. A lot harder than the work I've done before" And look I'm glad he can be honest but also fuck me

Something that pisses me off. Why are my three “lactose intolerant” children and myself (also “lactose intolerant”) able to drink dairy with no issues overseas? The milk overseas tastes more like milk and doesn’t have the “cheese” smell our milk has. What’s wrong with our milk?
