I made this video after a call with a client struggling to get into attack mode. For many athletes this is because of lingering fears, doubts, or worries. Sometimes all you need is a simple analogy. Try the 2 Swords Attack Mindset. It helped my client score the next game!

I believe most athletes are missing out on the most important part of their mental prep - planning for when things don't go their way. Next time you visualize yourself scoring that goal, follow-up with visualizing how you bounce back from a mistake, too.

If the only way you can tell you won is by the score of the game, you'll lose every time. Every athlete should have a personal scorecard devoted to their thoughts, feelings, and actions - aka the process.
