Just like that, #WalkThisMay has come to and end... #TeamCartrefi's total distance is 3,648.95 km! A massive well done everyone! 🏆 Our winner is Kerriann Evans who has travelled a total 634.89 km. 🥈Second place goes to Jean George who walked 477.11 km. Congratulations!

#EverydayRemarkable in action! Last Sunday, Matthew, a person we support, achieved something amazing and ran the Swansea 5k! 🏃 Matthew has been training with his support workers and did an amazing job on the race day, cheered on by his top supporters. Well done Matthew! 🏆

This week Owain, a person we support, got the opportunity to meet the Wales women's football team. ⚽ Owain had a brilliant time meeting some of his favourite players, getting their signatures and watching them train! A big thank you to everyone involved! @fawales
