Too many players think they’re entitled to be playing a much higher level than what they actually should be without being able to back it up. Number 1 pet hate. 😤
If your not making the team at step 3
Holding bench every week step 4
Playing 20 minutes max every week step 5
Why not just play step 6 football. Get your Rhythm, rip it up, prove yourself and move back up the league?
Stop being embarrassed about playing step 6 football..

Smashing training and really enjoying it again. Nearly a year on from the reattachment surgery after rupturing my patella tendon, back running a month ago and pre season starts next week. Cannot wait to start banging in goals again ⚽️🥅🙏

First lot of physio since the reattachment surgery 2 weeks ago. Baby steps but moving in the right direction.
Gutted to be ruled out of the next season without it even starting yet. Physio reckons 9-12 months recovery.

Received the news I didn’t want to hear today from the knee specialist. Ruptured my patella tendon when I dislocated my patella. Completely innocuous challenge as well 🤦♂️. Unfortunately surgery is required and 6 months recovery 🏥. Missing footy already ⚽️🧡🖤
