Umso wichtiger ist es zu verstehen, dass die Arbeit auch mit dem Beschluss des #AIAct nicht vorbei ist. Zivilgesellschaft, europäische Startups, KMUs müssen bei der weiteren Konkretisierung, bei der Aufsicht eine starke Stimme haben!.

Kompromisse sind schmerzhaft. Die Verordnung ist far from perfect und insbesondere die vielen Ausnahmen für den Einsatz von biometrischer Überwachung machen mir Bauchschmerzen. Es ist aber unwahrscheinlich, dass eine weitere Verzögerung zu einem besseren Ergebnis führt.
